Junior Events and Registration Coordinator

Nomura is seeking a motivated Junior Event and Registration Coordinator to join their Global Markets Wholesale Events department. The role involves assisting with event planning, registration support, and administrative tasks, ensuring a positive experience for attendees. This is a front-line role focused on creating a smooth and pleasant event experience.

Requirements

• Assist in the management of end-to-end registration process.
• Assist in planning and execution of events (conferences, client events, internal meetings).
• Maintain registration databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Draft and distribute communications, including invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
• Assist with on-site registration and check-in procedures.
• Support event budget management and expense reporting.
• Assist with inventory management of the event closet.
