Job Description
Nominal is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of Revenue to support their demanding and fast-paced work. This role involves providing administrative, strategic, and logistical support, handling calendar management, coordinating travel, and fostering a professional office environment. The position requires a seasoned professional with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and calendar/email management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- High emotional intelligence
- Experience in regulated or high-security industries is a plus
