As a Test Lab Operator at Nokia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our integrated optical parts by executing precise automated tests and performing minor troubleshooting on testing tools.

Requirements

• Setup and operate multiple automated testing equipment for integrated optical parts
• Ensure quality standards are met by executing detailed testing processes
• Collaborate effectively with production and Test Engineering teams to communicate findings and troubleshoot issues
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, including transaction logging and reporting in real-time
• Inspect microelectronic components under a microscope to identify any damage
• Prioritize and meet testing schedules and goals in alignment with the PIC department
