Job Description
We are hiring a Business Analyst – Data & Operations Support to provide tactical support across multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment, focusing on data management, dashboard development, and translating data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with data validation, quality assurance, and database systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise project management systems and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
