• Manage and maintain global NetApp storage solutions, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity utilization, implementing proactive measures to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver storage solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for storage-related issues, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
