Job Description
NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at Courtney Downs Apartment Homes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience and previous painting experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Skills relating to all building systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
- Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa
- Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
Benefits
- Starting compensation: $23 - $25 an hour
- $150 per week on-call coverage pay
