Manufacturing Supervisor - Swing Shift (M-F 2:00PM to 10:30PM)

nLIGHT is looking for a motivated leader with proven experience in fast-paced production environments to manage all production activities and team performance during the swing shift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• 2+ years as a shift supervisor
• Hands-on assembly, precision fabrication, and product quality performance testing experience
• Experience with LEAN and 5-S implementation and maintenance
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) and listen effectively at all levels of the organization
