Telephone Operator/Receptionist

We are seeking a Telephone Operator/Receptionist to answer inbound phone calls, provide general information, and welcome visitors. The role involves greeting visitors, maintaining the reception area, and performing general receptionist duties.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• General computer knowledge
• Prior switchboard and/or receptionist experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
