Staff Attorney - Workers' Compensation

NJM is seeking an attorney to join their Workers' Compensation legal team to defend formal claims venued in central/southern New Jersey.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of prior litigation or legal experience
• Currently licensed to practice law in NJ
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation, communication, and legal research skills
• Ability to travel within the state and cover multiple counties
