Job Description
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a full-time Environmental Engineering Trainee to learn routine environmental data collection, engineering plans review, and research related to environmental laws and regulations. The trainee will assist senior engineers in operations and will be responsible for data collection and analysis within an Environment Engineering Program in a state department or local government agency. This position focuses on improving and monitoring environmental conditions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- License to operate a vehicle in New Jersey (if operating a vehicle is necessary for the position).
