Job Description
Nivagen is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team in Los Alamitos, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
- At least 1 year's experience of inside sales in healthcare-related customer service, sales, or customer retention role in a call center or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to search, locate, and identify target clinic leads
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Sensitivity to confidential documents and information
- Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of accuracy
