- Manage production orders
- Record and reconcile raw material consumption and production outputs
- Process receiving raw materials and ensuring accurate systems entries
- Maintain and adjust inventory records based on physical counts
- Organize and digitalize documentation, ensure proper archiving
- Support accounts payable with document flow and invoice verification
- Coordinate picking, list printing and assist communication with operations
- Prepare routine production and inventory reports for management
- Extract data from the system and ensure dashboards and KPIs remain accurate and up to date
