Job Description
Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our Logistics team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and sustained performance improvements across our business.
Requirements
- Support the implementation and sustainability of the Nisbets CI Programme
- Ensure compliance with CI standards through training, coaching, and performance confirmation
- Analyse operational performance data and conduct shop-floor observations to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate and coach problem-solving interventions, building a lasting capability within operational teams
- Provide reports, plans, forecasts, and budgets to optimise performance and resource management
- Deliver process and performance improvements aligned with annual budgets and the Five-Year Plan
- Carry out additional CI or operational interventions as required
