Job Description
The Nippon Express Group is seeking an Ocean Freight Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean and rail shipments. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service, requiring proactive coordination, system accuracy, and effective communication. This position involves executing operational activities, managing transportation, capturing data, and providing top-class customer support.
Requirements
- Successful 2nd level education ("Sekundarschule” or equivalent)
- Diploma in logistics / transportation industry (Speditionsfachmann/ - Fachfrau)
- 3 years experience in freight logistics operations and customer service
- Experience in sales, marketing, rail transport & international trucking (desirable)
- Knowledge of CargoWise or similar ERP operating system
- Good Know-how level in XLS, Powerpoint, Word applications
- Fluent in German and English (both oral and written)
