Manager NMF Development

We are looking for an experienced technical manager with a vision on development, innovation and team leadership to manage complex technical projects and inspire and grow a team at the NIOZ, the Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable study direction.
• At least several years of experience in technical project management or leadership roles.
• Affinity with marine scientific research and technological innovation.
• Experience in leading and developing technical teams.
• Good organizational and communicative skills.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, hands-on and proactive work attitude.
• Decisive, can plan and prioritize well.
• Good command of both Dutch and English in word and writing.

• A neat salary scale 10 in accordance with the CAO-WVOI, incorporation in the scale is dependent on your work experience and education level and direction.
