Job Description
Nimble is a robotics and AI company inventing and scaling autonomous logistics with intelligent robots to enable fast, efficient, and sustainable commerce. They've recently closed a $106M Series C funding round and are growing their team. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to their Cloud Logistics software team, which builds in-house cloud-native solutions driving Nimble's operations and customer integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Solid understanding of cloud security practices
- Experience building full stack cloud applications (both frontend and backend)
- Experience with REST, SQL, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes, message brokering, and Docker
- Experience with SQL query/schema optimization
- Strong technical documentation skills (architecture diagrams + sequence diagramming)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong self learning and improvement mindset
