Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales management, ideally in industrial or technical sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
