Software Engineer II, ITC

We are looking for a skilled software engineer with a passion for building and maintaining data platforms at Nike. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in distributed systems and data platforms, and a proven track record of delivering reliable software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong foundation in distributed systems and data platforms
• Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Databricks, Snowflake, AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP Cloud SQL
• Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
• Programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or C++
• Lakehouse architecture, Data Mesh principles, data governance frameworks, and modern data pipelines
• API-first services at scale
• Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for cloud infrastructure management
• Agentic workflow and AI/LLM powered enterprise applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
