Job Description
As a Senior Footwear Product Developer at Nike, you'll drive product and process excellence within a team environment for your assigned projects. You'll work on complex footwear projects, convert project briefs and 2D design renderings into 3D samples, and ensure projects are completed on time while meeting design intent, performance goals, and sustainability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Development or Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Industrial Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years directly applicable work experience
- High profile communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of footwear manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Understanding of product planning, forecasting, and process planning
