Nike seeks a Designer who is based in Singapore for Retail Store Design: An innovator, who will support and develop consumer led retail concepts and the evolution of the Nike retail business. A strategic, collaborative and creative team leader, who will develop impactful / scalable design solutions for immersive retail environments and experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in design.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, environmental design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive knowledge of design processes and computer systems (AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape).
- Ability to sketch design ideas and visually communicate concept development thoughts ideation.
- Retail industry experience preferred, retail environments, concepts and programs.
- Knowledge of store environments and their consumer impact.
- Strong oral and written communications skills include meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex and/or sensitive topics and concepts to senior leadership team.
- Ability to source, screen and manage contractors/external vendors including design and production studios/agencies across multiple territories.
- Proven ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, territories and global.
- Self-starter, ability to take initiative, can work without supervision and advance projects independently on brand and achieving concept goals.
