Assistant Head Coach (Directeur / Directrice Adjoint de magasin) – H/F CDI 35h

We are seeking an Assistant Head Coach to join our NIKE store team in Begles, France. As an Assistant Head Coach, you will collaborate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and offer excellent customer service to our consumers. You will also coordinate and supervise a diverse team, implement operational processes, and ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in sales and/or as a manager
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience and skills in providing high-quality services to consumers
• Ability to establish partnerships with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage problems
