Job Description
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to execute on behalf of the CEO, manage the CEO's time, projects, and professional relationships, and drive alignment and accountability across the company.
Requirements
- Serve as an extension of the CEO
- Manage the CEO's time, projects, and professional relationships
- Own and optimize the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting flow
- Initiate and manage external outreach to investors, advisors, strategic partners, and prospective customers
- Anticipate roadblocks, operational risks, and resource needs
- Own, lead, and facilitate the company-wide OKR process
- Manage projects and drive cross-functional execution
- Build trust and context across teams
- Act as an internal 'signal-router'
- Ensure the executive team operates with shared clarity, urgency, and accountability
- Own internal and external communication flow from the office of the CEO
