As the account development lead for the cluster, you will play a key role in partnering with the regional CMI team of one of our clients, the CMI cluster leader and local teams. Your mission will be to strengthen and develop strategic partnerships 'as a one team' (with the support of the Regional Customer Success Lead and the Regional Customer Care Lead) by providing excellent service through high-quality data, data-driven insights, and expert solutions.
