NiCE is seeking a Director of Corporate Venture Capital to lead the establishment of its new CVC arm, investing in promising startups shaping the future of CX. The role combines venture investment expertise, strategic business insight, and deep understanding of CX technology trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate development, or innovation strategy
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or CX/AI domains
- Strong network within the VC and startup ecosystems
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing early and growth-stage investments
- Deep technological understanding
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
