Job Description
Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei is seeking a People & Performance Business Partner to join their Toi Tangata People & Performance team. The successful candidate will support line managers, lead ER case management, and embed core P&P processes.
Requirements
- Must hold a tertiary NZ HR or legal qualification and have recent understanding in current NZ
- At least 2- 3 years working as a Human Resource Business Partner with a strong focus on ER issues, policies and enhancing performance
- Strong cultural competency ideally gained from working in an iwi or similar context
- Proven capability around accuracy, management of privacy and disciplined management of files
