Job Description
Nexus Water Group is seeking a Water-Wastewater Operator II to assist with routine tasks related to the operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. The role involves maintaining plant compliance, ensuring safety, and performing general cleaning. The position requires travel between service areas, potentially including some in-house work and some on-call support.
Requirements
- Operates and maintains water and/or wastewater treatment equipment.
- Monitors and samples well and groundwater.
- Detects and reports abnormalities.
- Performs repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and a current operator's license.
- Ability to work as an on-call employee.
- Physical ability to lift, walk long distances, and work in various weather conditions.
