Job Description
This Regional Customer Relations and Support Manager role focuses on providing excellent service to customers across the region. The position involves leading customer support, migrating to Nextgen Clearing, and collaborating with various teams to meet KPIs and SLAs. The role requires building trust and resolving customer queries efficiently, while contributing to product development and team management.
Requirements
- 5+ years GSM industry experience and knowledge of roaming requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Team player with excellent organizational skills
