Job Description
The Regional Customer Relations Manager - Financial Clearing will focus on providing excellent service to customers in the region. This role involves leading customer support, initiating customer migrations, and resolving queries through daily interactions. The manager will build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with international teams to ensure service quality and meet KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years GSM industry experience and knowledge of roaming requirements
- Finance background with good knowledge of sales, purchase ledger and finance reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Team player

- Excellent organisational / project management skills
