Job Description
Nextgen is seeking an Accounts Assistant in the Debt Management Team to manually pursue customer debt. This role involves sending mail, replying to emails, updating on dates, and providing fee calculations. The position offers administrative support to the Payable Management Team and provides an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of a global provider of mobile roaming services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounts, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in invoice reconciliation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills
