Job Description
NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a PV Solar Field Tech Leader to lead and oversee a team of PV solar field technicians, ensuring safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of PV solar field technicians
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute PV solar projects
- Oversee the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of PV solar systems
- Maintain a strong safety culture on-site
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to procure equipment and materials
