Job Description
NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a skilled and organized Principal PGD Wind Mechanical Engineer to join their Power Generation Division. The role involves completing day-to-day wind turbine activities, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and developing innovative solutions. Emphasis is placed on process-driven work, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to addressing engineering issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ Years of Relevant Engineering Work
- 5+ Years of Experience in Wind Power Generation and/or Drivetrain Experience
- Demonstrated History of Leadership Capability and Project Ownership
- Travel to wind sites as often as 5-10 days per month
