The Assistant Buyer - Womenswear Non Clothing - Nightwear role is central to the commercial success of our product range. You will be responsible for building commercially successful ranges, overseeing the product development and selection critical path, and partnering with the e-commerce team to optimise online sales and conversion.
Requirements
- Product Development: Building commercially successful ranges through strong supplier relationships, data analysis, and seamless collaboration with design, technology, and merchandising teams.
- Critical Path Management: Overseeing the product development and selection critical path, while proactively identifying and seizing new product opportunities.
- Online Performance: Partnering with the e-commerce team to optimise online sales and conversion through expert use of tone of voice, imagery, and other digital tools.
- Marketing & Shoots: Liaising with the Marketing team to coordinate campaign and e-commerce shoots, ensuring alignment with department budgets.
- Team Leadership: Ensuring overall success through effective team management, resource delegation, and motivation.
- Buying: Collaborating with Designers, Merchandisers and Technologists to put together stylish new collections for every season.
