Job Description
Next Step Healthcare is seeking an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts to oversee day-to-day operations of a facility, including clinical and administrative tasks, profit & loss responsibility, and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading facility staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This is an interim/contract position focused on senior care.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State
- Completion of Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate education to meet State licensure requirements
- Completion of AIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director
- Basic computer skills, including e-mail use
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
