Sr. Financial Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive gross margin performance & ensuring alignment with our financial objectives. This role involves optimizing financial models, managing monthly reporting with accuracy and timeliness, and delivering analyses that inform key business decisions.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or a quantitative discipline (Masters is a plus)
• Prior experience in investment banking and/or Big Four accounting firms
• 3+ years of FP&A experience with a track record of supporting financial forecasts; ideally at a growth stage SaaS startup or tech company (insurance experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting, IFRS familiarity a plus
• Experience with building models in Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, Hyperion, SAP, and/or other comparable modeling tools
• Ability to work independently, think objectively, and interpret meaningful and insightful narratives from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to apply rigorous logic and sound methods to solve multi-faceted problems with effective solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
