Job Description
The Sr Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports the Corporate Total Rewards team by providing high-quality data analysis, reporting, and operational support across global compensation and benefits activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Typically 2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, C&B support, HR operations, or related roles (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience with market survey providers (Mercer, Radford, etc.) is an advantage.
