The industrial associate director is responsible for product manufacturability, setting and achieving manufacturing cost goals and MVA targets. He/She is a key partner for internal and external manufacturing, responsible for industrial project management, target setting, and regular review with external and internal factories.
Requirements
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-saving methodologies
- Deep knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing flows, cost and equipment
- Understanding of logistics, material flows, and supply chain processes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong decision-making skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented, with excellent collaboration and information-sharing capabilities
- Adaptable to fluctuating workloads and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
