As Nexoom’s Commercial Lead, you will drive growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing commercial strategies. You will secure business growth in a global market, define the commercial model and sales processes, and provide strategic advice. You'll also build a high-performing commercial team in a remote scale-up environment.
Requirements
- Essential experience in entertainment, streaming, esports, or gaming industries.
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a senior commercial director or similar role.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to interact successfully with an existing portfolio of decision-makers.
- Proven track record in high-value sales, marketing, and managing key client relationships.
- Experience in leading and motivating a commercial team to success.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Adaptability, Passion, Team Player, Perseverance and Highly Effective.
- Commercial awareness with a strategic approach.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
