Legal and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide commercial and practical advice on legal, regulatory and compliance matters across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial activities.

Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification in Law or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal or legal counsel
• In-depth knowledge of Australian contract regulations and laws
• Experience in a contract management capacity, preferably in the Building/Civil/Construction activity
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional analytical ability with keen attention to detail
