We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction Unit to lead our national team of over 30 experts in the field of construction and project management.
Requirements
- Previous experience and evidence of success in a similar role
- AMK, DI degree, or suitable technical education
- Experience in result-oriented leadership and managing a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of sales, customer-facing work, and customer satisfaction development
- Ability to develop and grow services and build strong customer relationships
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
