NewsBreak is seeking a high-potential MBA graduate or early-career consultant to join as a Rotational Leadership Associate within their Content Business Development team. This is a high-impact, immersive role designed for future leaders passionate about building the next-generation content ecosystem. The associate will rotate across content strategy, product development, and business development functions, working cross-functionally to incubate new content initiatives and drive user engagement. NewsBreak is redefining the way users interact with local news and communities, connecting users, content creators, and local businesses.

Requirements

• Strong domain knowledge in at least one type of non-publisher content (e.g., creator content, short video, knowledge-based content, etc.)
• Excellent audience understanding and product instinct
• Proven editorial judgment and storytelling sense
• Demonstrated experience or potential in sales, business development, and partnership management
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to move fast, learn quickly, and lead initiatives with minimal direction
• Background in top MBA, consulting, or banking with strong strategic and analytical capabilities
