NewsBreak is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, AI to build and execute organic growth strategies across various channels and lead data-driven experimentation to uncover insights. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally in a fast-scaling consumer or AI startup.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally in a fast-scaling consumer or AI startup
• Former founder, early team member, or someone with strong 0→1 building experience
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling multiple distribution channels (e.g. Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, email)
• Deep understanding of ToC growth mechanics and AI-driven marketing strategies
• Proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns in fast-paced, high-innovation environments

Benefits

• Annual base pay range: $125,000—$220,000 USD
• Discretionary bonus and options
