ServiceNow Lead Engineer

NewRocket, a global ServiceNow partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Engineer with Custom Applications, Integrations, and Health Scan and Platform experience. This role involves leading a team, developing customizations, providing customer support, and ensuring system design and implementation of ServiceNow applications. The lead engineer will mentor junior engineers and manage project development for a variety of professional services.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow products
• Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
• 5+ years of client facing consulting experience
• Passion in engineering science and technology
• Experience with ITIL V4 processes
• Ability to plan and package ServiceNow platform solutions and accelerators
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
