Senior Analyst - Revenue & Reporting

This Senior Analyst role focuses on maximizing revenue and identifying accounting/financial issues for a revenue management system. The position involves reconciliation, reporting, analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support management decisions. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and accounting principles.

Requirements

• Process all transaction billings in the Revenue Management System (RMS)
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data; track second half billings based on contingencies, occupancy, etc.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly revenue reports & revenue accounting
• Assist with new business processes and work with management
• Cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, analysis and reporting, and financial analysis
• Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas
• Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed
• Performance management and forecasting
• Financial modeling expertise a plus
• Regular reports on performance to facilitate decision-making
