Bluehost is seeking a Senior Director or Vice President of Product Management for Add-On and Partner Products. The successful candidate will define and execute a vision for the company's supplemental products portfolio, lead a high-performing product management team, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

• Proven senior product management experience with a focus on ecosystem, add-on, or partner-based technology product portfolios.
• Demonstrable track record of success in new product strategy, development, launch, and partner engagement.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of software/platform businesses, partner ecosystems, and competitive market trends.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
