Senior Director, Institutional Research and Information Technology

The School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking a Senior Director, Institutional Research and Information Technology. The role is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and reporting school-wide data and information, leading and implementing an organized and systematic approach to data administration, and developing strategic plans for the unit.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in MBA or advanced degree in statistics or information technology
• 7+ years of experience in IT/Data Analytics including research, operations and/or marketing
• Supervision of staff and development and management of budgets
• Prior experience in leading and implementing data management and BI initiatives
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively at all levels with a strong customer service commitment
• Vendor negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Knowledge of BI tools
