Job Description
The Operations Administrator will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Research Capacity Building (RCB) Unit and the Office of Research Administration & Services. The role involves administrative tasks, database management, recruitment assistance, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in contract management, drafting and negotiating terms and conditions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and respond to need of a wide range of divergent interests
