The Director of Academic Planning and Strategy is a dynamic, evolving position responsible for the development, implementation, and strategy of the Undergraduate Legal Education Program (ULE) at NYU Law.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in fields related to business, management, policy, higher education, social sciences or others with appropriate experience and skills.
- 7+ years experience with significant responsibility and accountability simultaneously managing multiple complex and time sensitive projects within a large organization involving diverse stakeholders, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to effect change and meet organizational goals.
- Ability to design, develop and deliver education that uses a range of technology.
- Excellent presentation and communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses exceptional strategic foresight, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to influence and lead complex initiatives across diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
- Requires outstanding organizational and project management expertise, coupled with the ability to drive strategic execution and operational excellence in a dynamic academic environment.
