Development Associate, Institutional Engagement

The Development Associate will support the implementation of effective strategies to build and manage fundraisers’ prospect pools, assist the execution of approaches, steward prospects, and help identify and execute engagement opportunities to attract major gifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience with public relations, client relations, fundraising, or corporate marketing
• Excellent writing and interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to plan and implement events
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
