Job Description
NRVCS is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor for its New Horizons Residential Crisis Stabilization Program in Radford, Virginia. The supervisor will provide clinical and administrative guidance to program staff, ensuring the smooth management, supervision, and development of services and client services. The role involves maintaining client and family relationships with external resources.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist
- Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services
- Experience in crisis services, especially preferred
- At least one year experience providing clinical supervision
- Preferred: Multiple language skills
