Senior Solutions Architect

We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and help shape and execute a strategy to create awareness and drive adoption of the New Relic platform with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of professional experience developing with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Golang
• Practical experience and functional understanding of OpenTelemetry standards and other OSS such as Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience in observability with New Relic, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace, Grafana Labs, or other observability platforms
• Understanding of Service Level Indicator (SLI/SLO) measurement approaches
• Experience with DevOps service delivery disciplines, SRE, and Platform Engineering
• Practical experience with cloud-native technologies - Kubernetes, Docker, serverless (no-server)
• Presentation and communication skills at a technical and executive level
• Ability to analyze and interpret commercial requirements and customer interactions to anticipate and guide their needs
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer organization, from executive to developer/practitioner level
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
